Molly grew up in Pennsylvania and started to perform professionally in the teen years at Philly's Prince Music Theater. Her first professional production included The Snow Queen. In the Arden Theater production of Into the Woods in 2002, she was awarded a Barrymore Award for playing Little Red Ridinghood. She went on to reprise the role in her Broadway debut at 15 in Into the Woods on Broadway in 2002. She was also nominated for the Drama League Award. Molly was in the Broadway revival of Fiddler on the Roof (2004). She then attended Princeton University and was a member of the Triangle Club. She graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in 2008. in Religion. Also, she appeared in the Disney film College Road Trip, playing Wendy Greenhut. Molly has performed several Off-Broadway productions, such as End Days, at Ensemble Studio Theater. Additionally, she appeared in television programs like Royal Pains or an HBO Pilot The Wonderful Maladys. Molly was in a variety of regional productions, including The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, at Barrington Stage Company, North Shore Music Theatre as well as the Westport Country Playhouse's show The Diary of Anne Frank. Molly played Anne. Molly was best known as Ali from Paranormal Activity 2 and for the ABC comedy Last Man Standing written by Jack Burditt starring Tim Allen.
